Owner of the VIVE Group. Since 1992 the President of the Management Board of VIVE Textile Recycling – the largest textile recycling company in Poland. A businessman from Zaanstad in Netherlands, permanently residing in Poland. An economist, running an independent business since 1986. His visionary and innovative approach to management translates into the creation of new units in a wide variety of industries.
Bertus Servaas is also an enthusiast of sport. As the President of the VIVE Handball Kielce Sports Club, he constantly co-creates a well-integrated team, which reaches for the victories in Poland and which has won the Champions League (2015/2016).
A philanthropist supporting the development of Kielce and organizations operating in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. Bertus Servaas is also the originator of the VIVE Serce Dzieciom (Heart for Children) Foundation. For many years he has been involved in charity activities, for which he was awarded the Knight Cross of the Order of Polonia Restituta by the President of the Republic of Poland Bronisław Komorowski in 2011.
