Prof. Bartlomiej Nita holds his Ph.D. in accounting and financial management. He works as an accounting professor at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. He is the Head of Department of Accounting, Reporting and Financial Analysis in the Faculty of Management and Business. He also serves as the Vice-Rector for Finance and Development of the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business.
He studied finance and accounting at the University of Limerick in Ireland. B. Nita specializes in accounting, corporate finance, performance management, controllership and auditing and financial reporting and analysis. He has cooperated for several years with a consulting firm, where he delivers advisory services for various companies and institutions. He is the author of many restructuring programs for enterprises and institutions as well as he deals with corporate valuation. In practice, he designs systems of cost and management accounting, and performance measurement. He published more than 100 scientific academic papers as well as several books and monographs.
