A graduate of the University of Warsaw, Ph.D. in social sciences in the field of political science. Master of Business Administration (MBA) of Lazarski University as part of the MBA Energy Program. President of the Management Board of PGE Baltica since January 2023. In 2016 he joined PGE Energia Odnawialna. As vice-president and acting president he supervised the areas of investment, innovation, operation of production assets, communications, human resources and security. Former president of special purpose vehicles responsible for development of onshore wind farms and offshore wind farm projects in the Baltic Sea. He was also the director of the photovoltaic development program in the PGE Capital Group. Since January 2020, he was Vice-President for Development at PGNiG. He was also a member of the board of the Polish Wind Energy Association.
