Anna Mistewicz holds the position of HR Director at Angelini Pharma Polska, the Polish branch of the Italian pharmaceutical company. As Member of the Management Board, she is responsible for the People & Culture area.

In addition to nearly 20 years of HR management activity at various levels and in various sectors, she enjoys supporting NGOs by providing management advice.

She is motivated by both the need to create positive change and the desire to support employees in achieving their goals: those professional and those beyond the business sphere. She firmly believes that in a modern economy, respect, open discussion and concern for psychological safety are the basis for a sustainable competitive advantage.

As a certified crisis interventionist and psychotherapist-in-training, she dedicates her time to building awareness in business of the importance of employee psychological wellbeing and its impact on business performance. In doing so, she devotes special attention to understanding and counteracting the phenomenon of professional burnout and is the initiator of the social campaign 'Professional burnout on target'. Her non-professional passion is zoopsychology and the fight for animal rights.
