Andrzej Dulka has been involved in the ICT sector for almost 30 years, including serving as President of Alcatel-Lucent Poland and Managing Director of Sales for Central and Eastern Europe. He holds a doctorate in automation engineering and also completed a full-time degree in management.

President of the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications (PIIT) since 2019.

He also currently holds the position of Director on the Board of Directors of FITCE, the President of SIT, Member of the Committee on Informatics of the Polish Academy of Sciences, Vice Chairman of the Section at the Committee on Electronics and Telecommunications of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

He chaired the Council of the National Chamber of Commerce for Electronics and Telecommunications for 6 years. He was also a member of the Scientific Council of the Institute of Communications and a long-time member of the American and French Chambers of Commerce.

For his contribution to the development of the telecommunication industry he has been granted the Golden Cross of Merit by the President of Poland in 2010. He also had been honoured with the Golden Cyborg award.
