Prof. Aldona Frączkiewicz-Wronka, Ph.D., Head of the Department of Public Management and Social Sciences, University of Economics in Katowice researches managerial practices that increase the effectiveness of public organisations. She is the author of more than 350 publications published in national and international journals. He prepares reports on health, public and social services for the evaluation of Poland's spending under the cohesion policy from the European Social Fund, the European Regional Development Fund and others. He cooperates with organisations providing business consultancy to public and social organisations and carries out projects for various entities operating in the public sector (ministries, marshal offices, municipal offices, hospitals, ROPS, MOPS, PUP, social economy entities). He implements scientific grants financed by national and EU funds. He teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate courses, as well as MBAs.
