The Deputy Mayor of Bielsko-Biała, was born in 1976, graduated from the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice. Then, he continued his education with post-graduate studies, a.o. at Silesian University in Katowice (Administration and Management) and an MBA at WSB University in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
For 12 years, Mr. Ruśniak had been a councilman at the City Council of Bielsko-Biała and a member of numerous city council committees, mostly dealing with social assistance and culture. Nowadays, as the deputy mayor, he has been managing the social policy of the city, especially by enforcing the cooperation of the NGO and the municipality. He is also responsible for arts and culture, along with energy and environmental protection.
Mr. Ruśniak was developing his professional career at Tauron plc for 14 years, until 2018. Before that, he had been working as the manager of one of the municipal cultural centers. Privately, he is known for his great knowledge of the history of Bielsko-Biała.
