In his 25-year career, he has been strongly associated with the lottery and mutual betting industry since 2011. Previously, many years in M&A projects within other industries.

Currently, manages Superbet Company in Poland, which he took over in September 2020, and since then the Company has become one of the leading legal companies in Poland with an approx. 15% market share. At the same time, he is the President of the Management Board of the Polish Chamber of Commerce of the Entertainment and Bookmaking Industry, which brings together over 100 entities legally operating in Poland such as operators and suppliers of technological solutions for the gambling industry. He is also shareholder at BF Games company delivering software solutions for gaming industry.

Before joining the Superbet Group, in 2012-2019, he was the President of the Management Board of Totolotek SA - a bookmaker company; in 2015-2019 President of the Management Board of Intralot Nederland BV and Intralot Benelux BV of companies providing the central lottery system; in 2018-2019 Member of the Management Board at Intralot Inc. responsible for launching two sports betting brands in the USA.

Graduate of MBA studies (University of Wales), Postgraduate studies in the field of e-commerce (University of Surrey); BABS (University of Glamorgan).
