Position: Management Consulant
Manager with almost 25 years of experience in investment banking and investment management. Currently supporting the Management Board of WB Electronics S.A. in defining and implementing the company’s development strategy.
Previously, he worked for international financial groups - Citigroup and KBC, executing equity capital market and m&a transactions, assisting international corporations, private equity fund managers and Polish enterprises, as well as advising on privatization projects.
He was also Director of the Equity Investment Department at the Polish Development Fund, where he was responsible for the acquisition (jointly with PZU S.A.) of a controlling stake in Pekao Bank, acquisition of and financing the largest Polish rolling stock producer - Pesa Bydgoszcz S.A. as well taking over steel processing company– Ferrum S.A. and for securing minority stake in WB Electronics S.A.
He has supported Polish entrepreneurs as board advisor and member of supervisory boards.
