Poland and Central Europe as the hinterland and hub of the reconstruction process. The role of UNOPS Poland in implementing programmes based on the UN procurement system. Conditions for the orderly inclusion of the private sector in multi-year programmes for the removal of damage, reconstruction and modernisation of Ukraine’s infrastructure.
