An ageing population and medical staff, the pandemic and the war in Ukraine – it is becoming increasingly difficult to provide adequate numbers of medical staff. In which medical professions and which medical specialities do we have the greatest shortages? How to counter them? Regional differences in access to specialist doctors, health care providers, nurses, physiotherapists.
