dr Wojciech Gola
Key expert at the Educational Research Institute. Dr Gola has engaged in the broadly understood youth and education issues as a social researcher, outreach worker, trainer, academic teacher and project coordinator. His doctoral thesis dealt with the issue of the life projects of young people residing in the street space of a large city. He has worked with non-governmental organisations implementing educational and social activities aimed at young people and young adults. Since 2018, he has been working at the Educational Research Institute in projects supporting the development of the Integrated Qualification System in Poland. He coordinated the study "Educational pathways of adult learners in Poland" aiming to recognise and analyse the context of learning in adulthood from a biographical perspective.
