Tomasz Szopa, expert of SALTO Eastern Europe and Caucasus Resource Centre that supports Erasmus+ Youth and European Solidarity Corps programmes. Over 20 years I'm involved in non-formal education and youth work. Since 2017 I manage HOP initiative, a project aiming to support online learning in both European youth programmes.
