Professionally experienced as a career counsellor, business advisor, trainer, coach and psychologist. Certified ICC coach and therapist in the PSTTSR solution-focused approach.  
At the Business Cooperation Centre – at Career Office at the Wrocław University of Economics and Business, she supports students in the process of planning and implementing changes in professional and personal areas. She conducts diagnoses of competences and work potential, supports students in determining paths of individual development and career activity. She provides trainings, workshops and lectures for the development of soft skills and pro-activeness.  
Specialisation, area or vision of action: Professional activation, personal and professional development and intervention support in difficult life situations. Particularly important in her work are the concepts of non-violent communication, personal effectiveness, lifelong learning, systems thinking, dialogue and solution-focused approaches.
