The professional education of young generations should be a priority and a mission for us all. The shape of the world we will be living in years from now crucially depends on their education and its quality. This is one of the reasons why the European Commission designated 2023 as the European Year of Skills. To address these challenges, we would like to invite you to the opening panel of the European Forum of Young Leaders, where European activists will share their insights into the job market to help young Europeans make informed choices and actively shape their careers. We will also touch on a range of other issues important for young people, such as the jobs of the future, social participation and conditions for the growth of social capital. Importantly, throughout the panel, we will emphasise how much depends on young people themselves, on their motivation, engagement and, above all, education.
