Tomasz Korczyński is an advocate and managing counsel in Dentons’ Warsaw office, head of the PPP/Infrastructure practice team and a member of the Energy and Natural Resources practice team.

He has over a dozen years’ experience in providing legal assistance to Polish and foreign clients. Tomasz is recognized as a leading practitioner in the field of PPP in Poland. He has successfully acted for public and private parties on numerous infrastructure projects.

Tomasz Korczyński sits on the Council of the International Project Finance Association (IPFA) in Poland, he is also a legal advisor at the Centrum PPP foundation and served as an expert for the Parliamentary Commission “Przyjazne Państwo” [Friendly Government] charged with amendments to the PPP Act.

He is an author and co-author of many publications and papers regarding issues related to public – private partnerships (PPP) in Poland. Tomasz often speaks at conferences and courses on PPP both in Poland and abroad and for the last seven years has lectured at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Moreover, Tomasz is a member of the Warsaw Bar of Advocates management.
