Sławomir Cyza has been with Alstom for more than 10 years, joining the company in 2011 as HR Director for Poland and the Alstom Konstal Site in Chorzów. From 2015 he was responsible for HR in Poland, the Czech Republic, the Baltic States as well as Hungary and Ukraine, and in 2018 he took up the position of HR Director for Central and Eastern Europe with responsibility for HR management in 20 countries.
During these 10 years, he was responsible for several significant tranformations: in 2011-2012 he increased Alstom Transport's workforce in Poland from 500 to 1,000, in 2012-2013 he opened the Warsaw Pendolin Service Centre, and in 2014-2015 he was responsible for organising Alstom Transport's structures following the acquisition of Alstom Power by GE. He supported Alstom in Chorzow during the start-up of Riyadh Metro, Dubai Metro and ICNG production, increasing the workforce from 1000 to 3000. In the last two years, he prepared Alstom for mergers in all Central and Eastern European cluster countries.
Sławomir has over 25 years of professional experience, most of which has been in management positions. He has worked in the automotive, FMCG and healthcare sectors in Poland.
