Deputy Executive Director and member of the Management Board of UNICEF Poland since 2018.  Co-operates with UNICEF for over 10 years in various roles.  During the recent 4 years, she has supported and supervised the activities of individual and business fundraising departments as well as marketing and communications department.  Initiator of significant changes in the structure and operations of the organisation in Poland, including in the area of co-operation with businesses. 
An English philologist by profession, a strategist by passion.  Multiyear translator and interpreter specialising in legal, tax and business translations.  Co-operated with the largest legal and tax advisory firms and businesses from various sectors.  Experienced negotiator of agreements for translation consortia and co-ordinator of their operations.
