He is also a graduate of the Kozminski University in Warsaw, where he completed a post-graduate degree in Business Psychology. He also completed MBA studies.
For 17 years he was a member of local government at various levels of local government. Starost of Wołomin in the years 2010-2014. He ran his own business and managed commercial law companies. Member of the Sejm of the 8th and 9th term, chairman of the Parliamentary Team for Life and Family, vice-chairman of the Parliamentary Team for Enterprise Development and Support.
