He was appointed as Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of State Assets on November 15th 2021.
He was born on January 1st 1959 in Puławy. He graduated the Academy of International Relations and American Studies in Warsaw at the Faculty of Political Science, Diplomacy and International Relations.
In years 2010-2011 he was a councilor of the Silesian Voivodeship Council. In 2011 he was elected to the Parliament as a member of the Law and Justice party. He was reelected in 2015. In the Parliament’s eight term he served as the vice-chairman of the Communication with Poles Abroad Commission as well as a member of the Foreign Affairs Commission and the National Defense Commission. He actively cooperated on multiple projects related to economic development and strengthening Poland on the international stage.
From January to July 2020 he served as an advisor to the PGE Ciepło (Kogeneracja) board of directors. Since August 2020 he served as the Deputy General Director at the PGE Dystrybucja branch in Skarżysko-Kamienna.
In his youth, he actively worked in the Silesian University of Technology Independent Students Union and cooperated with „Solidarność”. After imposing martial law, he was regularly detained and interned for patriotic activity. Ultimately, he was criminally transferred from studies to the army. Despite this, he did not withhold from the independence activity. After 1989 he cooperated with non-governmental and humanitarian organizations. He was, among others, one of the organizers and a member of the humanitarian aid’s convoy to Sarajewo.
