Prof. Paweł Wojciechowski is an economist with academic, business and government experiences. In the years 2006-2020 he held positions as Minister of Finance, Deputy Foreign Minister, CEO of Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency, Ambassador to the OECD, and Chief Economist at Social Insurance Institution.
In the years 1999-2005 he was a CEO of PTE Allianz Polska and earlier he was a CEO of two other financial market companies and a Director of the Polish Development Bank.
At various times of his career he was able to lecture at American and Polish universities, including Harvard, John Carroll University and Leon Kozminski Academy.
He currently divides his time among various activities. For several years he has been a director at the London-based consulting company Whiteshield Partners, the European Coordinator of the Rhine-Alpine Corridor (EU) and associate professor at the Wszechnica Polska in Warsaw. Last year he joined Polska 2050 movement as Chief Economic Advisor to Szymon Hołownia.
