The European Forum of Young Leaders will provide participants from Poland, other European Union countries, the Western Balkans, Eastern Europe and the Caucasus with a space to share experiences, establish contacts and discuss topics important to young people across Europe.

Michał Tarnowski, a graduate of the University of Oxford, awarded with the 25 under 25
Award and the Aspen Central Europe Leadership Award, defines himself as a social
entrepreneur both in the world of business and non-profit organizations. He co-founded the
Nativated Group (www.nativatedgroup.com), which offers educational services for individual
clients and corporations. He is also developing the Academy of Civic Knowledge (AWO) - a
non-governmental organization whose goal is to transform civic education in Poland. As part
of AWO, he organizes the Civic Bootcamp - an event for 40 high school students aimed at
educating responsible future leaders of the public sector. Currently, he is also working on the
Edu4Ukraine coalition, which brings together youth organizations, students organizations
and EdTech startups in order to develop common strategies in the field of educational
support for young refugees from Ukraine.
