A leader with years of experience in international management and strategic consulting for leading corporates in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Chairman of the Board of Jones Lang LaSalle in Poland since 2020, leading company’s local advisory business and overseeing EMEA Centre of Excellence. Prior to joining JLL, Mateusz Bonca was the President (and earlier Vice President) of the Management Board of LOTOS Group S.A. (2016-2019). In 2012-2016 he worked as the Director at Deutsche Bank AG in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Earlier, in 2010-2012, he led consulting teams as a Manager at Peppers and Rogers Group in the Middle East, and in 2004-2010 he worked at McKinsey & Company, delivering projects across various industries, among others in Germany, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Italy, Portugal, Spain, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Belgium, South Africa and Turkey. Mateusz Bonca holds a PhD in Economics, studied at the Warsaw School of Economics and Al Akhawayn University in Morocco. He is fluent in English, speaks German well and knows the basics of modern standard Arabic and the Moroccan dialect.
