He has over 20 years of work experience in the energy sector in the area of finance, regulation as well as investments and project development.

Since 2014, he has been responsible for strategic development projects and business development at Fortum in Poland (district heating part).

Previously, in 2006-2014, he was the Financial Director of Fortum Group in Poland, and in 2001-2005 he was

Financial Director at MPEC Wrocław.

Mariusz Dzikuć is a graduate of the University of Economics in Wrocław.
