The European Forum of Young Leaders will provide participants from Poland, other European Union countries, the Western Balkans, Eastern Europe and the Caucasus with a space to share experiences, establish contacts and discuss topics important to young people across Europe.

He has always been associated with Katowice he was born, works and lives here. A graduate of the Faculty of Transport at the Silesian University of Technology. In 2005 he defended his doctoral dissertation in the field of Machine Construction and Operation, and then worked as an adjunct at the same university. He also completed post-graduate studies in Organizational Management. He is an expert in the assessment of EU projects within the framework of Regional Operational Programme for the Silesian Voivodeship and an expert in motor vehicles appraisals.
In the years 2006-2010 he was the member of the Katowice City Council and in the years 2010-2014 the Deputy Mayor responsible for such key areas in the city policy as: strategic planning, development of transport systems, environmental protection and management, municipal services, spatial planning and development, civil engineering. In 2014 he announced his election program – "Agreement with the inhabitants of Katowice" and was elected mayor of Katowice.
