Marcin Bejm is an advocate with over 20 years’ experience. He specialises in advising on project finance transactions and PPPs for various types of infrastructure assets, carried out in Poland and across the CEE region. He provides legal advice to entities involved in greenfield and brownfield investment projects regarding hard and social infrastructure. He has been involved in transactions and projects in all key infrastructure sectors, including airports, sea ports, motorways, railways, healthcare, mass transportation, renewable energy, waste management, IT, urban regeneration, water and sewage, as well as the oil and gas sectors.
In projects Marcin advises on the preparation and negotiation of project agreements: PPP contracts, concession agreements, EPC contracts, EPCM contracts, O&M contracts, supply contracts, off-take agreements, tolling agreements, licence agreements, direct contracts, investment contracts and support agreements. He also provides legal advice on public law, public procurement and state aid.
He has authored numerous legal commentaries on PPPs and concessions in Poland, and is actively engaged in promoting PPP and project financing in Poland.
He coordinates work in the ESG Task Force at CMS in Poland.
