Lidia Dziurzyńska-Leipert is a Polish-qualified attorney-at-law who specialises in advising investors, contractors, designers, and other entities involved in construction projects, both in the private sector, including investors and contractors implementing large greenfield investments, and in the public procurement sector, including in public procurement law based on the FIDIC “design & build” formula. She advises leading cultural institutions and international designers during the implementation of new cultural facilities.
Lidia represents clients in construction disputes, in mediation proceedings and in negotiations aimed at reaching out-of-court settlement of court disputes. She has participated in court proceedings regarding key infrastructure investments.
She leads the working group of the German desk at CMS in Poland, which aims to establish relationships with German clients.
