Entrepreneur, main shareholder of Selena Group. Graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Wrocław, studied also philosophy.
In 1992 he founded Selena – today a global manufacturer and distributor of construction chemicals with HQ in Wrocław. In the 90s he launched the Tytan brand, built up distribution, established sales branches and launched production plants.
In 1999-2008, he started Selena’s international expansion, expanding distribution networks and brand promotion abroad. In 2008, the Group’s holding company – Selena FM S.A. entered the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
Today, Selena has 34 companies in 19 countries, including its own R&D departments with a central laboratory in Poland. Selena’s production plants are located in Europe and Asia, and its products are available in more than 100 markets.
Krzysztof Domarecki has also invested in the venture capital funds market since 2009. Since 2021, he has been an ambassador of the global campaign for sustainable construction #BuildingLife and a member of the University of Wrocław Council.
