Sociologist, strategist, qualitative research expert, for 20 years she has been actively involved in creating and communicating brands. In the years 2003-2011 she lectured sociology and PR in practice at the Tischner European University in Krakow. She was the managing director of Eskadra Group and LOKATIVO agency. Since 2017 CEO of Omnisense agency , where based on Life Centered Design approach she designs customer experience solutions in Omnichannel perspective. She manages a team of researchers defining inspirational insights. She specializes in a business approach to brand and space management, especially for the Retail and HoReCa  and FMCG industries.
