Janusz Władyczak has extensive experience gained in financial institutions, both in Poland and abroad.
Previously, he served as Director of the Investment Products Department at PKO TFI where he was responsible for setting out the product strategy for investment funds, creating and implementing investment and savings solutions offered to customers on the Polish market.
During his work at a financial institution in Austria he implemented structured investment products for private and retail banking customers, as well as derivatives in the form of certificates and warrants listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. At French investment banks he was responsible for the relations and for concluding transactions with the largest enterprises and financial institutions from the former Soviet states, such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
He was also responsible for securing bilateral loans running into millions, structured and syndicated credits and export finance transactions, co-operating with the largest export credit agencies (ECAs) in the world. He also dealt with a wide spectrum of transactions in the capital market.
He graduated from ESCP European School of Management in Paris. He also studied at Vienna University, at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies forming part of Geneva University, as well as at the Asian Institute of Technology in Bangkok.
