Jan is an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company in Poland. During the last 10 years, he has built extensive expertise in the field of industrial operational transformation, as well as in the field of ESG (primarily decarbonization).
Consultant completed over 50 projects working on 5 continents. In Poland he advised 4 out of 10 largest industrial companies. Project examples: preparation of the Decarbonization Strategy for the European Refinery (emission reduction by X million tons), working capital transformation of the European bus manufacturer (reduction by 15% +), transformation of shipbuilding producer in Europe (EBITDA margin + 10pp), building a “green steel” for an industrial company in South America.
Jan also worked as head of Customer Lifecycle Management at T-Mobile and project manager in an energy startup. He completed MBA at Columbia University and “Finance and Management in Business” program at Warsaw School of Economics.
