Jakub Groszkowski joined CEEP in 2021 as the Executive Director. CEEP represents the interests of the energy and energy-intensive companies from Central Europe in Brussels. Before joining CEEP, he worked for the Polish Oil and Gas Company (PGNiG) at its Brussels office. Between 2009 and 2019 he was an analyst, and subsequently the head of Central Europe Department at the Warsaw-based think tank Centre for Eastern Studies (OSW), where he covered issues related to the Central European region, including energy and climate policies. Jakub holds a master’s degree in political science from the University of Warsaw, Poland.
