Frédéric Faroche has been associated with Veolia since 1994. He worked at Veolia Group companies in Europe, for the last five years he was the general director of Veolia in Bulgaria. Previously, he was associated with Veolia in the Czech Republic and Lithuania, respectively in the positions of the general director and the vice-president of the board and the operational director. For nearly 8 years, he worked in Poland. The experience gained so far on the markets of Central and Eastern European countries allowed him to perfectly understand the problems and challenges in the power and the heating industry in the region. He is a mechanical Engineer and graduate of H.E.I Lille and the Aix-Marseille Graduate School of Management in the Aix-en-Provence.
