Professor of economic sciences - specialist in the field of Product Management, Market and Marketing Research and Sports Marketing. Until 2021, an employee of the University of Economics in Poznań as the head of the Department of Product Marketing, and an employee works at the Łukasiewicz Institute of Aviation in Warsaw.  Member of the Scientific Council of the Polish Scientific Society of Marketing and editor-in-chief of the journal Marketing of Scientific and Research Institutions. Former member of the Central Commission for Degrees and Titles II Commission of Economic Sciences (2017 – 2020). Author of 350 scientific publications (books, articles) and market projects for business entities in the field of product management, marketing research and marketing. 

Currently, Vice-President of the Management Board of the Handball Association in Poland, Member of the Audit Committee of the Polish Olympic Committee, Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the World Men's Handball Championship Poland – Sweden 2023.  Former Vice-President of the Council of the Court of Arbitration of the European Handball Federation (EHF) in Vienna (2016 – 2021).
