Expert in the field of executive recruitment in CEE region. He graduated the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and Southern Denmark University in Odense. Recruiting and management expert. VicePresident of the Association of Employment Agencies. Graduated from Warsaw School of Economics and Southern Denmark University. Has been with Antal since 2000, and in 2004 was promoted to managing director.
In 2013, led the merger of Antal and Work Service group in Poland, taking the role of Chairman. Under his leadership, Antal has expanded its structures (new offices in Wroclaw, Poznan, Krakow, Gdansk, Czech Republic, Slovakia and, under the Enloyd brand, in Hungary) and range of services (HR consulting, labour market research, REX platform and Robotic Workforce Agency). In 2018, he also contributed to the launch of two innovative services: a platform for freelancers - REX and Agencja Pracy Robotów
