Anna Maria Dyner i san analyst dealing with Belarus and security policy of the Russian Federation in the International Security Programme. Her research interests include Russian security policy, Russia’s role in the post-Soviet space, and Belarus’ internal and foreign policy. She graduated from the Institute of Political Science and the Centre for East European Studies at the University of Warsaw. She is also an alumnus of the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) led by the U.S. Department of State. In 2008, she received the award of the Minister of Science and Higher Education for outstanding academic achievements. She speaks English and Russian well, and has a passive knowledge of Belarusian and Ukrainian.
