Anna Katarzyna Nietyksza is the President of Cloud Community Europe Polska and Eficapital Ltd ,the financial advisory company. She is also Director of the Financing and Investment Committee of the Spanish-Polish Chamber of Commerce. She is an expert in the capital and digital markets She combines many years of experience in finance , banking , venture capital funds ,EU funds with knowledge of digital technologies and the green energy sector.,

Since 2015, she has been the President of the Eficapital consulting company . She has also experience as the International Development Director of Bank Pekao SA, and Partner of the Ferber Venture Capital Fund and Wolf Technology Fund She was responsible for investments into digital companies Between I 2010-2015, she was a Member of the European Economic and Social Committee (EESC), Cybersecurity Rapporteur, Telecom, Cloud and BIG Data, In the years 1998 - 2014 she was President of the Management Board of EFICOM SA, one of the first EU consulting companies listed on the New Connect WSE. She provided her clients with over 250 million euros of EU funds and managed, between others, 3-years Information campaign of the European Commission in Poland , as well as Harmonization of the Polish law with EU law.She was also  Founder and President of EuroRSCG Polska, one og the biggest European advertising agencies  and Investor Relations Coordinator for the IPO of Bank Slaski-ING

 Education: She is a graduate of Law and Political Science at the University of Paris I Sorbonne and Applied Linguistics (Spanish and Russian) Paris IV Sorbonne. Fluent in French, Spanish, English, Russian
