Graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology with major in Power Plants and Energy Management as well as post-graduate studies in the Energy Academy at the Warsaw School of Economics. He also graduated from EMBA at Collegium Humanum in Warsaw.
His professional career in the energy industry started in 2002 in Turów Power Plant. In 2006-2016, he worked in the British energy sector, where he held managerial positions. In 2016, he started working for PGE Górnictwo i Energetyka Konwencjonalna. In 2017, he started to be a Deputy Director – Technical Director in Bełchatów Power Plant – the largest coal-fired power plant in Europe, where he was responsible for implementing technological electricity generation processes. In 2019-2020, he was in charge of the operations of Bełchatów Power Plant as its Branch Director.
He has comprehensive knowledge about the energy sector and the electricity generation sector as well as very good professional skills in the area of investment, manufacturing asset management, and renovations.
