Agnieszka Giermakowska, an advisor with 15 years of professional experience in commercial real estate, is Research & Advisory Director in Newmark Polska. Agnieszka’s experience includes working for EY Poland, the Polish Investment and Trade Agency, JLL, Savills, and Cresa. She specializes in research into all commercial property sectors, focusing on the industrial and office markets, including coworking offices. Agnieszka is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics. She holds LEED Green Associate credentials confirming her understanding of sustainable building practices and the key principles of LEED certification.
