Position: Director for Investment and Development
Before joining Budimex, Adam got an experience in audit firm and within finance department in FMCG company. As a Head of Investments & Development and Head of Strategic Analyses Department at Budimex, he is responsible for development of company’s activity on PPP market through acquisition of new projects and giving support to projects at execution stage. He is also experienced in construction market analyses, corporate finance and M&A transactions.
Adam is a proxy of Budimex Parking Wrocław (SPV holding a 30-year concession contract for DBFO Car Park in Wrocław). He is also a board member in the SPV delivering a 7 MW on-shore wind project with secured long-term power purchase agreement (PPA).
Adam is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics. He holds a CGMA designation and is an associate of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
