The European Forum of Young Leaders will provide participants from Poland, other European Union countries, the Western Balkans, Eastern Europe and the Caucasus with a space to share experiences, establish contacts and discuss topics important to young people across Europe.
Special Representative on Youth and Security of the 2022 OSCE Polish Chairmanship; born in 1997, works in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Poland as a political assistant. For several years she has been active working and connecting with multiple youth organizations in the field of politics and social sciences. She studied international security and political science.
In line with the Declarations on Youth from the 2014 Basel Ministerial Council, 2015 Belgrade Ministerial Council and 2018 Milan Ministerial Council, Special Representative Raczyńska, promotes mainstreaming of youth perspectives and their engagement in peacebuilding and democratic processes; and advocates for strategies and programs that promote youth-led initiatives fostering intergenerational dialogue, tolerance and reconciliation.
