Polish politician, academic teacher, Ph.D. in natural science, opposition activist during the communist regime and publicist. Former deputy Minister of Economy (2005-2007), member of the Polish Parliament (2011-2019), Secretary of State in the Prime Minister’s Chancellery and the Government Plenipotentiary for Strategic Energy Infrastructure (since 2015) responsible for energy resources diversification policy.
