Is a Polish and American attorney based in Baker McKenzie's Warsaw office. He was previously based in the firm's offices in London and Chicago, and in Munich.

Piotr focuses on corporate, commercial and compliance matters. His corporate experience includes mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations - both cross-border and domestic. Piotr's commercial practice covers foreign direct investments, expansions, supply chain reorganizations and international contract negotiations. His compliance expertise includes anti-money laundering regulations, whistleblowing, internal investigations, as well as compliance due diligence and gap reviews.
