He provides legal advice with respect to project finance, lending, debt restructuring, distressed debt and financial litigation. He has been an expert in securitization and secondary market.
He also deals with legal issues concerning investment funding, LBO and REF or construction investment. He has hands-on experience in debt restructuring, which he gained when advising on large projects that involved restructuring Polish issuers’ bonds, listed companies in the energy sector and real estate loans.
He cooperates with the Restructuring and Insolvency practice. As part of the team, he provides pre-trial legal advice for financial institutions, i.e. restructuring debts of those facing insolvency and debt collection. He provides trainings for banks with respect to drafting and enforcing collaterals for loans.
