Graduated from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań (Scandinavian Philology) and Koszalin University of Technology (Organization and Management). Completed postgraduate studies at Warsaw University of Life Sciences – SGGW (Agriculture and Ecology).

Vice President of the Executive Board of Polpig – National Association of Employers of Pig Producers, Warsaw, Poland; President of the Executive Board of the Federation of Agricultural Employers, Leaseholders, and Land Owners’ Associations, Warsaw, Poland; Member of the Pomeranian Agricultural Chamber, Gdańsk, Poland; and Member of Association of Polish Economists Society, Warsaw, Poland.

On behalf of Polpig and the Federation of Agricultural Producers' Trade Associations, he is involved in COPA-COGECA activities, particularly in agriculture and pig production. He also cooperates with COPA-GEOPA, the European Landowners' Organization, the Animal Task Force, and the UN Global Compact Network Poland.
