She joined IKEA 7 years ago as Public Affairs Manager in the communications department, then as Country Communications Manager at IKEA Retail, Poland. Until 2018, she worked in the public sector, dealing with, m.in international cooperation, EU funds and privatization. She was also responsible for supporting Polish-Dutch political and economic cooperation at the Polish Embassy in the Netherlands. She is a graduate of German Philology, the National School of Public Administration and postgraduate management studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. Privately, she is an enthusiast of travel, horse riding, Lusophone music and jazz. Volunteer of the Polish Migration Forum, helping migrant children in their studies.
