Manager and scientist with over 14 years of experience in management, including at an R&D facility. Doctor of Economic Sciences (Poznań University of Economics).

Since April 1, 2019 the vice president of the Łukasiewicz Research Network, the third largest research network in Europe, consisting of 38 research institutes and providing attractive, comprehensive and competitive business solutions. Previously he held the position of Director of the Institute of Logistics and Warehousing, where he also served as Head of the Centre for E-Economy. From May 2021, a member of Business & Science Poland Advisory Team.

Expert in research, development and management of national and international e-economy projects. For years, he has been actively involved in the development of e-government in Poland and the European Union. Business leader of the Digital Public Services stream and the Portal of the Republic of Poland as part of the ‘From paper to digital Poland’ Programme.

Doctor of Economic Sciences (Poznań University of Economics). Author of over 50 publications on e-economy and banking. Intern at the University of Bordeaux and the University of Geneva.
