Karolina Radziszewska holds position of Executive Vice President Human Resources in office development part of Skanska operating in Central and Eastern Europe. She is an HR executive with over 20 year of experience, providing leadership and management of the full range of HR functions to the large international, complex, matrix businesses like Skanska. She specializes in driving employee engagement, morale, and performance in an environment experiencing both significant external and internal organizational change, including mergers and acquisitions, rapid organic growth and restructuring.

Karolina joined Skanska in 2019. In February 2020, she was appointed as the Executive Vice President Human Resources on the CEE level (Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania). Prior to joining Skanska, Karolina was a senior HR executive in ConsenSys. Previously, as the HR Director EMEA and EMEA Leadership Team member in Randstad, she was responsibile for HR strategy and processes on EMEA level. She has also a several years of experience gained in companies like PwC, ZA Puławy and Hewitt Associates. Karolina has earned a Masters in Economics from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. She is passionate about the topics of intercultural management, diversity and leadership development.
