From 2001 he worked in the Roland Berger Strategy Consultants team, where he was responsible for company’s development on the Polish market. Then he worked at CTL Logistics as vice president and director of sales and development. For over 2 years he was the executive director of RUCH SA.

In November 2012, he became the Vice-President of the Management Board at FBSerwis S.A. – company operating in the field of waste management, infrastructure maintenance, Total Facility Management and energy efficiency, and the Board Chairman and Managing Director at the company two years later, in July 2014.
