Position: Marketing Director

She took the position of the Country Marketing Manager in June 2019. She is responsible for all IKEA brand communication activities targeted at Polish consumers, both in ATL and digital media.

 

She started working at IKEA in October 2016 as a Strategy, Planning & Insights Manager. Since January 2018, she was the Deputy Country Marketing Manager with the responsibility for the Marketing Communication and Consumer&Customer Engagement departments. Katarzyna has an extensive professional experience related to the area of marketing strategies, marketing and research, that she gained previously, among others at Publicis advertising agency, on the marketer's side at Nutricia (Danone Group) and Kompania Piwowarska (Tyskie, Redd’s, Czech and premium beer brands).

Katarzyna Piwowarczyk has many years of experience as a lecturer at industry profiled studies (University of Warsaw, Warsaw School of Economics, European University in Krakow or School of Brand Strategy SAR). She is also a member and accredited facilitator of the International Association of Facilitators.
